After meeting in 2019 through the Capital Region Human Resource Association, Rebecca and Joelle started collaborating on this venture in the fall of 2021, both seeing a gap in the market to help organizations attract, recruit, and develop the best talent.
Our stay and exit interview services were born out of a need. We decided that we could best fill this need by building a system based on our strengths and working together to serve the business with the highest level of attention and experience.
