The Mental Health & Wellbeing at Work Learning Lab is a 4-month transformative professional development experience designed to equip leaders at all levels with the tools, insights, and confidence to champion mental health and wellbeing in the workplace. As organizations navigate burnout, disengagement, and cultural shifts, this learning lab bridges the gap between intention and impact, offering a strategic, systems-based approach to wellbeing. Through interactive sessions, self-paced learning, and real-time application, fellows will explore the business case for mental health and wellbeing, build psychologically safe environments, and identify small yet powerful systems change that foster healthier and more inclusive workplaces. The Mental Health & Wellbeing at Work Academyis a 10-month immersive learning experience designed for forward-thinking professionals committed to transforming workplace culture. Through expert-led sessions, two in-person retreats, personalized coaching, and a capstone project, fellows will develop the skills and confidence necessary to drive systems-level change that prioritizes mental health and wellbeing. As mental health challenges continue to impact engagement, productivity, and development, this Academy equips leaders with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to create inclusive, psychologically safe, and resilient workplaces.
